At Hughes Network Systems, Kamran held senior executive roles overseeing Global Services and North American Network Operations. His work spanned the development, integration, deployment, and operational support of 44 low Earth orbit (LEO) gateways worldwide, as well as the delivery of more than 600 geostationary orbit (GEO) endpoints serving government agencies and nongovernmental organizations around the globe. He also led the launch of the HughesNet consumer service and the LEO rail terminal supporting onboard passenger Wi-Fi.

As Founder and CEO of NexusGNS, Kamran draws on his engineering expertise, commercial discipline, and operational experience to guide the company’s strategy and growth. He holds a master’s degree from George Washington University and a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.

Rashid began his career at Hughes Network Systems in 1997, where he worked in systems engineering across satellite communications and wireless technologies. Over the course of his career, he has held leadership roles spanning program management, network deployment, operations, and business development. His work has included satellite and terrestrial communications, shared-spectrum technologies, private wireless networks, and the development and delivery of large-scale telecommunications infrastructure.

Rashid also serves as President of Ground Network Solutions (GNS), where he helped build a global satellite infrastructure services business supporting major network operators and technology providers. Under his leadership, GNS supported the deployment and field operations of Eutelsat OneWeb ground infrastructure across more than 75 locations worldwide and expanded its work with many major organizations including Globalstar and Aireon. His experience combines hands-on engineering knowledge with program execution, customer engagement, business development, and the management of geographically distributed technical teams.

As President of NexusGNS, Rashid focuses on business strategy, customer relationships, program execution, and the development of partnerships that enable the company to deliver dependable professional services at global scale. Rashid holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Maryland and a master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Johns Hopkins University.

With more than 25 years of field experience in broadband communications, ISR solutions, and distributed enterprise networks, Soheil has built a career at the intersection of advanced technology and mission-critical operations. His work spans manned and unmanned ISR platforms, standalone 5G and ORAN deployments, fixed and mobile networks, and cloud-based enterprise applications across IaaS, SaaS, and PaaS environments.

Soheil has a long track record of driving international growth, having established Hughes’ regional presence across the Middle East and Africa and scaling deal sizes from $1M to more than $70M. Earlier in his career, he led telecom and business development initiatives in Dubai, delivering double-digit returns through high-value joint ventures in telecom, retail, and media. His foundational engineering experience includes roles at Halliburton and CAE, where he contributed to simulation software, technical program management, and power plant simulator development.

Known for his collaborative leadership style, Soheil excels at building tactical partnerships, guiding cross-functional teams, and aligning complex technical solutions with strategic mission outcomes. He maintains an extensive global network of ISVs, VARs, telco partners, and circuit providers across EMEA, supporting both defense and commercial enterprises.

Soheil holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland, College Park, and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Marymount University. He is bilingual in English and Farsi and continues to expand his expertise through advanced certifications in generative AI and responsible AI practices.

Stephen began working in the satellite communications industry at Hughes Network Systems, where he developed extensive hands-on experience implementing and supporting complex ground-network systems. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for combining deep field expertise with practical leadership, working directly alongside engineering and deployment teams to solve problems and deliver systems successfully in challenging environments around the world.

As Co-Founder and CEO of Ground Network Solutions, Stephen has led the execution of large-scale international satellite infrastructure programs. GNS has supported deployment services for Hughes systems across more than 75 Eutelsat OneWeb locations worldwide, coordinating field teams across the Americas, Europe, Africa, Asia, and other regions. His work has included satellite gateways, ground stations, RF systems, antenna installations, system commissioning, acceptance testing, upgrades, and long-term field support.

As Chief Deployment Officer at NexusGNS, Stephen leads the company’s global deployment and field-operations activities. He focuses on translating network designs into operational systems, coordinating technical teams across diverse locations, maintaining rigorous standards for quality and execution, and ensuring that customers receive reliable infrastructure supported throughout its lifecycle.
